There are many health risks to smoking tobacco. Those who sign this petition find that smoking in public, including but not limited to parks, streets, and in front of buildings should be illegal. Every person has the right to chose whether or not they want to smoke, but those who are against it should not have to deal with the adverse affects of secondhand smoke. Let people smoke recreationally in their homes or in private places only.
