Outlaw tattoo and body art discrimination in the United States.

Created by B.K. on September 06, 2014

To dismiss a qualified and able person from employment because they have tattoos or body modifications is the same as dismissing them because of age, race, sexual or religious orientation. How can employers within the United States proudly advertise being equal opportunity employers but carry out discrimination against people with tattoos and body modifications? Denying people with body art the opportunity to advance their careers and/or better themselves creates frustrating circumstances for citizens that shouldn't exist. For example, a sergeant in the military police corps honorably serves their country in the military who has tattoos is not denied a job as a police officer when they return home? Please help abolish this kind of ridiculous arbitrary treatment to Americans. Thank you.
