For decades, the USC Trojans pep band has tortured college football fans with incessant and insipid playing of two intolerable ditties: "Men of Troy" and "Conquest." These two tunes (using the term loosely) cause millions of fans to hit the mute button or turn down the volume.
As Congress will probably never have the guts to protect our ears against these pathetic tunes, it is up to We, the People, to petition the White House to stop the insanity!
