Outlaw the use and sale of weapons and magazines that can shoot 10 or more rounds.

Weapons that can shoot more than 10 rounds need to be banned in the United States. Weapons capable of taking a high capacity magazine of 10 or more rounds also need to be outlawed in the United States. These types of weapons and magazines are made for murder and should not be allowed in the United States.
