This is one petition in a series of petitions aimed at achieving real change to law enforcement, and its proximity to race relations in the United States.
In summary, we the undersigned acknowledge that rioting is not a great way to influence change. We believe there will be fewer instances of civil unrest if you the United States government promise to put your minds and our tax dollars to making the change we all want.
It's really that simple.
Specifically, with respect to enforcement quotas, we believe such programs tend to discriminate against minorities, At best, it incentivizes QUANTITY work, not Quality. And at its worse, it creates real pain to communities that feel subjugated by such programs.
