Outlaw the Use of Drones in United States Domestic Airspace

Created by W.M. on June 20, 2013

FBI director Robert Muller recently admitted that the United States government makes use of drones over the United States for the purposes of "surveillance". We believe that this is an infringement of privacy. Basic privacy rights are implied under the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 14th amendments. It is not logical to give up our basic freedoms and rights in the name of temporary and imperfect security. Giving the government such powers of surveillance would significantly limit the power of the people to peacefully protest the government should it become corrupt.
"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety".
