outlaw the use of fractions in high school math classes leading to the use of decimals more often.

Created by J.W. on December 07, 2015

Fractions are difficult and many people hate them, while decimals are much easier and not as tedious. Decimals are also more useful in the future, yet students still get taught fractions in parts of math that would make more sense with decimals. It is simply pointless. When one grows up, they use decimals when dealing with money and math at work if a calculator is used. We need more exposure to decimals, and less to fractions which go unused as people find a careers. Sign to outlaw fractions in high school math classrooms.
