We the people of the United States Of America wish to end the barbaric misuse of tazers by law enforcement. There are accounts of children as young as 8 and 9 yrs old being tazed, elderly men and women, and a large number of nonviolent offenders. Our people have died by the hands of the men and women who we entrust to protect us. The same men and women that took an oath to serve and protect. We need to end this oppressive action against our citizens.
