With the US Postal Service losing money by the day and getting ready to cut the US mail down to 5 days a week, its time to outsource more of the Postal Service to Fed. Ex and UPS.
Save money by locating post offices in more heavily traveled areas like malls and contract with Ford or GM to purchase hybrid trucks in order to save on fuel.
Downsizing would make the US Postal Service more profitable and keep it from becoming obsolete to the point where it may not be around in a few years.
