Make it illegal for any state that has a no Casino style gambling laws to have to also abolish their Keno and Lottery style gambling, If the state does not want to abolish Keno and lottery gambling then they must allow the casinos to build sites and hire local residence to work them. This will Increase much needed moneys for each state for education roads and more while also helping with jobs in many fields by boosting the states economy. This will help keep the local money from going to other states and each state will still pull in income from tourist going through. This will not only increase the states income but also help decrease the fedreral deficent with their portion of the taxes collected from the profits of the casinos but also from the taxes collected from winnings.
