Create a constituional ammendment as follows:
"In reference to this Constitution, and in particular to its Bill of Rights, organizations such as corporations and unions shall not be considered people and money shall not be considered speech."
The Supreme Court ruling in "Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission" needs to be overruled by a constitutional ammendment.
The freedoms granted by the constitution should
apply to individuals only. Giving organizations the
same rights at "people" allows the holders of large
amounts of money to hold a non-democratic share
of political influence, and an unfair advantage over
the legal control of government by the individual
citizens of this country.
