To over turn the federal ban on marijuana sales for medical and recreational use its time for change.

This petition is to lift the federal ban on marijuana, to allow sales of the plant to cancer patients and our military that suffer from PTSD like I do. Many many other medical and psychological issues and just for recreation, I agree that out of the legal drugs out that as an example alcohol and tobacco that are deadly to use in the long run, marijuana has no life threatening properties. I am not a user myself but I do agree with many that have used it for more than just recreation. There is not enough room in here for all the medical reasons or personal reason on why this drug should be legalized. The government keeps it banned because the high quality weed is grown outside of our boarders, we can grow it here and tax and that will also help the defficate not take it away but it will help
