This is a petition to over turn HR 347. We the people have a right to speak out against government where ever and when ever. It's supposed to be working FOR us right?. This is abridging our first amendment which the founding fathers state of freedom of speech or right to peacefully protest shall not be abridged. This abridged the first amendment in that we can not protest in proximity of government or those protected by secret service if they find it disruptive. Don't let this government take our rights away.
