In states across the nation, voters acted through the democratic process to protect marriage and the family. Yet, federal judges rejected the will of the people and the sanctity of marriage. In 2004 the ban for same sex marriages were upheld by the justices for the states of Ohio,Michigan,Tennessee, and Kentucky.Now they've had a change of heart? Just because some states choose to uphold same sex marriages if voters from other states choose to ban it in their state I can't see how they can be forced into anything otherwise. Last time I check America was the land of the free, that does mean free to voice on what to allow and not allow in our state. Last time I checked we didn't have a dictatorship this petition is to force Supreme Court to over turn ruling and allow states to choose.
