Apple has started a war against other companies by suing them because it cannot compete any longer. Samsung is beating it across the board and instead of competing they are suing. Samsung products were temporarily banned at one point but they fixed the reason and got them released.Then Samsung was sued by apple unfairly and lost a billion dollars though some of that was thrown out. Now Samsung has won against apple and several products were banned and instead of following the letter of the law and punishing apple for starting these little wars the Obama administration uses veto power for a company that obviously has broken the law. Instead of this I feel they should just stop all patent wars not just let apple win again. Also the USPTO office needs to be dismantled and redone.
