The department of children and family services and child protection agencies across the country need overhauled.
They are allowed to overstep the laws of the state and the constitution without a warrant or formal court proceedings.
The institution does not always investigate to it's fullest capacity to protect a child, furthermore they do not work enough with parents enough to place children back in their homes.
A little research will show that a big majority of the cases where children are removed from their parents they are not abused but classified as at a possible risk of being abused.
They do not work with parent's even with court ordered to help the parent correct the problems that caused the abuse, neglect etc.
