Currently our governance is being corrupted by very few with large amounts of cash. For better or worse, we live in a demographics where the rich are richer and poor are poorer. These elite individuals hire lobbyists and create organizations for themselves to promote their agendas upon our politicians. The politicians require ever larger amounts of money just to get elected and re-elected.
I would suggest that for a government that is supposed to be elected By the People and perform For the People, that we pass legislation outlawing legal bribes and put the lobbyists out of business where they create Nothing but leach on dollars spent by a very few to promote radical ideas that the general populace has no interest in. Let's inject some sense of morality to our government. Thank you :
