Overhaul food stamp program. The abuse is rapant. we need to cut expense's, well this is a sure way to save billions.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but we need to get the dead beats off food stamps. When I have to watch what I buy at the grocery store and there is a 21 year old buying t bones, I get upset. I think we should limit stamps to a max of 3 people. If your under 65, you should just have stamps for a very limited time. I also feel if you apply for stamps, you should have to take a drug test. Food stamps should not be used for candy, soda and other junk food. I have been offered to buy stamps for half the price numerous times. So it does prove the excess of stamps people get. I used to be a liberal, but after working for public housing, I have changed. People can work, if a 66 year old can work, so can a 21 year old.
