Overhaul the Justice system. Troy Davis shouldn't have been executed when there was doubt. Innocent until proven guilty.

Created by B.B. on September 23, 2011

We the People ask the President of the United States to regulate the amount of evidence needed to condemn someone to death. Noone should be executed when there is so much doubt of their guilt. Troy Davis died Wednesday night for killing a police officer. Many of the witnesses recanted their statements saying that police coercion was involved. A murder weapon was never found. If we are going to end someone's life, we want to be sure. What happen to everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
