Sign into law that all Law enforcement officers at local and state levels be required to:
- Wear video and audio recording devices which cannot be disabled. This will aid in deterring abuse of authority and ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and laws.
- Carry personal liability insurance in the event they are found guilty of any wrong doing. The people should not be made responsible for any law enforcement officers' unlawful activities.
- Should a law enforcement officer be suspended pending an investigation, continued pay may not continue beyond 14 days. The people should not be required to continue paying a servant of the people, who is unable or otherwise incapable of performing their duty.
