This petition is to change the retirement system of United States Senators and United States Congressmen. They should not have a different retirement system than the rest of the Federal Government. I say they live by the rules that they have imposed on all Federal employees. They should be put on (Federal Employee Retirement System) FERS retirement system and have the (Thrift Savings Plan) or TSP retirement just like other Federal employees. Remove any other benefits not shared by all Federal Employees.
