Overhaul the tax code to where taxes are based on more specific hourly wages instead of gross annual income, by basing it on hourly (capped at 40 hours per week) income a hard working employee or someone who works multiple jobs will not run the risk of increasing their tax bracket when working full time and significant overtime. A hard worker should NOT be punished by higher tax rates just because they work themselves into exhausion, they are EARNING their income though their hard work and the united states government should not punish them for it.
This will allow hard working low income workers to improve their income though hard work.
