We need decisive action, not platitudes. A clear plan with a deadline. It's time to launch a full scale reconstruction of the Department of Veterans Affairs (Think Mac OS 9 to OSX.)
If this is untenable, put a plan in place to hand the treatment of U.S. Servicemen and Servicewomen over to private insurers.
