The current voting system in the United States of America is a disgrace to democracy. We need to progress change in three ways:
1. The Electoral College is no longer adequate as a way for us to perpetuate our democratic rights. It either needs to be adjusted or eliminated.
2. A central voting system is required to ensure that: (1) all voting people are citizens of the U.S.A.; (2) voters are not entering votes in multiple locations; (3) the process for registering enables people to confirm registration & clear access to voting.
3. Updating the process for casting votes and counting them, with national alignment and appropriate access for all American citizens. Additionally, counting should be electronic and take no more than 24 hours.
