Rather than giving away money from hard working American's, why not let people earn those dollars. There is trash in our parks, recycling to be sorted, buildings to be cleaned, pot holes to be filled, and many other things that our communities need done.
We need to create community services to allow people using government assistance to earn what they receive. The majority of people on the system can do something to help earn what they are given.
This will not only help them get on their feet and off the system, prevent waste and fraud, but help with budgets in each community.
