Need timeline restrictions on receiving welfare...eventually folks should be able to reduce expenses and find employment.
Plus food assist should be restricted to unprocessed foods....no soda or alcohol or restaurants etc.
Commodity lines should be re-established.
No one on welfare should expect to exist comfortably on charity...it is a temporary help as one rebuilds.
