Workers comp has too much monopoly on its doctors... Government should allow injured workers to pick their own doctors. We pay for workers comp we should have the right to pick our doctors.
After final release from doctors an independent clinic or state office should verify all final doctors releases and ask injured worker if he is satisfied with services of healthcare.
also a physical should be given to worker to evaluate doctors final report. if worker does not pass final physical and it is noted he was discharged fine with no restrictions or understates a workers conditions. workers comp and doctors involved should be fined $25,000.00 each per worker and force them to properly diagnose the workers. and settle their cases.
