This petition is for the economic stability of Mississippi and Arkansas. The two states are considered the lowest economies in the south. We wish to bring industry and new technology to the two states. Agriculture is the only main thing supporting the states. Along with farming, we need industry and technology. We are smart people but with low resources. We ask the administration to overlook the economies of both of the states and bring more industry, technology, and funds to these states
