Many studies proved that working overnight and against the circadian clocks is really danger and may result in a lifetime health condition and or stress or depression moreover suicide in some cases.
Overnight workers are working hard without enough sleep or regular lifestyle and eventually not enough pay even with the shift differential.
Our petition is to increase the regular overnight pay rate to 200% or at least 150%.
No one or no money will help relieve the pain or the suffer they have if they got sick because of the working times they scheduled, nor even the worker compensation.
