We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

The overreaching of the FDA on regulation of e cigarettes

Created by R.R. on June 19, 2016

With the FDA attempting to use the Tobacco Reform Act to regulate e cigarettes is overreaching in the least, unconstitutional at best. There is no basis where this act can be used since there is no TOBACCO present in e CIG juices. This is an obvious attempt by multiple lobbies to regain their lost profits and tax dollars from what has been proven to be a safe alternative to smoking.

It also amazes me that all these years we have been told of the dangers of smoking and when something comes along that will help people quit, regulation has to take things off the market.
