Override the legalization of recreational marijuana use in Colorado and Washington using the Supremacy Clause

The constitution contains the Supremacy Clause (Article 6,clause 2) which states that any Federal Law is the supreme law of the land and states shall be bound thereby.

Federal Law lists marijuana as a schedule 1 controlled substance thus making and use both recreational and medical ILLEGAL. The President and Congress must take the appropriate action to strike down Colorado and Washington's unconstitutional vote to legalize marijuana.
