To overrule federal judgement on the case of NYPD Officer Fitzsimmons in the rulings of the murder of a 3 month old baby

Created by M.P. on August 10, 2014

On Aug 6, NYPD Officer Michael Fitzsimmons told Suzanne Smith to stop breast feeding 3 month old ,Layla Smith. He told her that if she were to continue that she was to be arrested; she proceeded to tell him that she was not in anyway violating the law, he started to yell at her violently in her face, about he was the one who was law. She kept a calm manner and when her bus arrived, she proceeded to attempt to get on her bus. Only for the officer in a blind rage to pull her collar straight back and cause her to drop her baby. The baby cracked her skull and, was immediately taken to the hospital by witnesses. While the mother was taken to the precinct to be processed. The baby Died. The man was freed of all charges. This should be considered a charge of violation of rights and murder.
