Overrule the Georgia Supreme Court's decision throw out the death sentence for Artemus Rick Walker.

This petition is to get the Georgia Supreme Court's decision to overturn the death penalty for Artemus Rick Walker in the murder of Lyn Gresham. Mr. Gresham was brutally murdered in front of his home on the night of May 12, 1999. The Georgia Supreme Court has now determined that he may have been incompetent to stand trial and overturned the original death penalty.
