I, Axell Concepcion is requesting to be the secretary, president of this board in order to oversee the federal funds in Puerto Rico, to ensure the proper use of these funds. That not long ago I requested this at the house of representative with no answer at this day.
To my American Fellows, if this doesn't have a "go" from you your money (taxes) will be misused over and over again, they will say that PR is in bankruptcy, but they have spent billions in "issues" that doesn't guide us to a better PR.
