Overstayed Due to USCIS H1B Petition Decision Delays,Health of Wife ,Miscommunication at US Consulate of Hyderabad ,CBP

The first time Umakanth Parsi entered the United States was on Jan 9, 2001, and I left on May 10, 2001. Five years later I returned to the U.S. on Jan 26, 2006 on an H-1B Visa
I returned to the U.S. from abroad.I was admitted in H-1B status and given an I-94 card valid until Feb 20, 2009.
On Jan 28, 2009, my wife returned to the U.S. in H-4 status with our daughter Tanvi. H-4 status valid until Feb 10, 2009.On Feb 4, 2009, We did a mistake to by overstaying, to fix our mistake , we went to India with waiver packet , but US consulate of Hyderabad ,Denied the Waiver with some kind of Miscommunication, We need an help get our non immigrant visa, and correct our mistakes, requesting MR President Obama to Pardon me and my family for the mistakes, there is a lot request due space, Thanks
