We must stand for the common man and woman in the United States Air Force. Members applied for retirement under force shaping program guidelines. Certain members were approved, then days later received an email from AFPC stating that it had erroneously approved the requests. These approved retirements should stand, as the members applied in good faith and had been duly notified of approval. I ask each of you to approve this petition and do the right thing, because although AFPC's action may technically be legal, they are surely unjust and our people deserve better than that.
