We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Overturn the Apportionment Act of 1911 and Allow for true proportional representation in Congress.

Created by M.T. on December 16, 2016

Limiting the number of elected officials in congress to 435 unfairly benefits states with smaller population, and effectively grants greater voting power to citizens in less populated states. This is directly against the proportional representation the founding fathers had in mind. We the people ask the federal government to overturn this shortsighted act, and bring true proportional representation back to our country.
