The changing of the clarification of vape products to be classified as a tobacco product is unjustified due to the numerous studies done on vape and e-cigarettes showing they are much safer and healthier than smoking cigarettes. The government has no right to classify them under the same group as tobacco products such as cigarettes and cigars. Nor does the govrnment have the right to raise the legal age to buy any vape products or tobacco products from 18 years to 21 years old,( I am not saying that cigarettes are healthy) but this country has had the same laws and regulations on tobacco products for a great many years and with the vape industry gaining more following they are using this as a money grab.
