The infamous Buck v. Bell case is simply cruel and must be overturned formally by the Supreme Court. The idea of compulsory sterilization by the government is wrong in countless ways, and it is incredible to believe that this ruling still stands in a globalized 21st century world. Nobody, not a convict nor a mentally handicapped person, should ever be subjected to this atrocity, and is an oppressive limitation of the freedoms that this great nation is based upon.
