Overturn the decision made by Colorado's District Attorney Stan Garnett to not charge Dynel Lane with homicide.

Created by J.D. on March 27, 2015

We are asking that the decision to not charge Dynel Lane with murder be overturned. The law states that an unborn baby who is not viable cannot be considered a victim of murder, but the fact is that as far along in the pregnancy as the victim was, many doctors, nurses and mothers of premature babies will tell you that had the baby had proper care, she was absolutely viable. We believe that the decision made by District Attorney Stan Garnett is wrong and needs review.
