Overturn the FDA's ruling on e cigarettes classification as a tobacco product.

E cigarettes have turned millions of people from harmful chemicals and tar, which are in traditional tobacco products. Other countries are implementing e cigarettes as a method to stop smoking while the U.S. is classifying them as tobacco products. We are not apposed to the rulings concerning sales to minors, but the proposed "Grandfather" date will close the industry to all except the large tobacco companies.
