overturn the Feres Doctrine, preventing active duty service members from taking any legal action against malpractice.

Created by J.P. on January 17, 2013

The Feres Doctrine is an extremely unfair law that prevents an active duty service member from pursuing any legal action against malpractice of military doctors. The overturning of this law will enhance the quality of medical care of military members by holding the doctors that care for them accountable to their actions.
