Reverse House Amendment 777 to H.R. 4332 that bans a civilian from ownership or transfer rights of any fully automatic weapon which was not registered as of May 19, 1986. This is an amendment made that violates our 2nd amendment rights which protects the right of individual Americans to keep and bear arms regardless of service in a militia.
