This injunction has prevented numerous United States citizens from becoming eligible for overtime (time and a half) pay for hours worked over the traditional 40 hour work week. Currently companies can give salary status to employees who earn $23,660 annually, and make them work 60 plus hours a week, and only pay them for 40 hours. President Obama final rule needs to go into effect to prevent the abuse and free labor of these employees.
