Overturn the Judge Boldt decision.

Created by K.C. on January 30, 2014

In 1974 in the state of Washington judge Boldt was the judge on a case that gave the Indians full rights to net the rivers. every year tribes dump thousands of fish on the shores that go to waist and nets are not far to the white man who has to use fishing poles. change the law to that they must use spears like there ancestors. also the big game population has plummeted do to the fact that the tribes take way to many the Nooksack massacre in the 1990's is were most of our elk were wiped out.
