MD Senate Bill 281 is depriving Maryland citizens of their Second Amendment right. Samuel Adams, 4th Governor of Massachusetts said "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms." From the time the constitution was written, our nations founding fathers planned on allowing citizens to protect themselves. This right needs to be upheld.
