Recently Congress approved a last minute addition to the 2013 Agricultural Appropriations Bill that is known as the Monsanto Protection Act. This act strips the federal courts of the authority to immediately halt the planting and sale of genetically modified (GMO) seed crop regardless of any consumer health concerns. In other words, Monstanto is not Federally protected from any harm doing of their product!
We demand that it be revoked immediately. We also call for those that voted in favor of this to be removed from their governmental positions immediately and have their rights to retirement benefits be stripped away, and call that no authority have the right to reinstate these benefits. These individuals shall also be banned from holding Fed or State positions indefinitely.
