Remove the Federal Government's power to indefinitely detain individuals upon suspicion of terrorism, without due process of the law.
This would overturn the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, section 1021, as well as the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) act; ensuring the protections of the fifth and fourteenth amendments.
