If Vaccines Are Safe, Then Why Did Congress Give Manufacturers Special Legal Immunity? Why Are They Above the Law?

Americans should learn about the U.S. National Vaccine Injury Act before rolling up their children's sleeves.

"The NVICA, a 'no-fault' compensation system, was passed in 1986 to shield the pharm. industry from civil litigation associated with vaccines injuries. Families are required to file a petition which may be heard by a Special Master in the vaccine court. Successful claims are paid from a Trust Fund that is managed by DHHS. But < 25% injured people receive any compensation.
