Overturn the passing of Kansas House Bill #2453, which allows anyone to refuse interaction/service to same-sex couples.

Created by J.T. on February 15, 2014

This bill in unconstitutional, as it provides protection to any individual or business that refuses interaction, goods, services, accommodations, adoption, facilities, etc. to same-sex couples. This is no different than when blacks and whites were segregated. It is a disgrace to the country and humanity as a whole for a hateful bill of this magnitude to be passed with the excuse that it protects the religious beliefs. Separation of church and state has taken a back seat. Take this clause from the Treaty of Tripoli, signed in 1796: “The Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion.”
